Vegyes, ár-érték arányban szuper, főleg ha csak aludni kell egy hely. Positive: Jó helyen volt, kedves volt a szállásadó. Jó volt a dupla erkély és hogy lehetett mosni is az ingatlanban. Főként a lokáció és a jó ár-érték arány miatt összeségében ajánlom. Negative: Nem volt annyira tiszta, és késtek a szállásadóval a takarítók, így egy órával később kezdhettük meg az ott tartózkodásunkat, ahhoz képest, ami előzetesen egyezteve lett. A melegvíz melegítés csak gombnyomásra kezdődik el és 30p-et várni kell míg lesz, illetve csak akkor van áram ha a kulcs a tartólyában van. Mindig meleg lakásra érsz vissza mivel a kulcsot kötelező magadnál tartanod, így ahűtőt leszámítva más nem működik, ami árammal megy.

Świetny wybór Positive: Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, przestronne, dość świeżo po remoncie i w świetnej lokalizacji. Do centrum łatwo dojechać tramwajem (choć uważam, że tramwaje jak i metro powinny zdecydowanie częściej jeździć). Spokojna i cicha lokalizacja, z windą. W soboty do południa na ulicy obok odbywa się fantastyczny targ uliczny z niewyobrażalną ilością owoców i warzyw prosto od rolników! Warto się wybrać!! Mieszkanie wyposażone jest we wszystko co potrzeba, nawet ręczniki papierowe i płyn do naczyń. Bardzo ładne dekoracje: miękkie dywany, krzesła i obrazy na ścianach! Żeby mieć gorącą wodę do prysznica, trzeba wcisnąć guzik na tablicy rozdzielczej i odczekać ok. 30 minut, bez tego woda będzie tylko letnia i jedynie nadawać się będzie do mycia rąk i naczyń. Jeśli chcesz poczuć się jak mieszkaniec Aten i mieszkać z dala od turystycznego centrum, a także zaoszczędzić pieniądze, to jest to wybór dla Ciebie. Podobało mi się też to, że jest samozameldowanie, idealne dla kogoś, kto przyjeżdża późno - niektóre miejsca pobierają dodatkowe opłaty za późne zameldowanie i przekazanie kluczy. Negative: Zameldowanie w aplikacji wymusza wyrażenie zgód marketingowych i przekazywanie ich podmiotom trzecim - to jest niedopuszczalne i niezgodne z prawem! Nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience z kanalizacji, ale z tego co czytałem, to powszechny problem w Atenach, nie do końca wiem co jest tego źródłem. Balkon jest zanieczyszczony odchodami gołębi - jest ich dużo wszędzie. Kabina prysznicowa nie jest szczelna, i trochę wody wylewa sie na podłogę, ale na szczęście dają dywanik, który można wykorzystać jej usunięcia. Jedno gniazdko elektryczne w kuchni nie działało.

Excellent! A great property Positive: The place is modern, simple, and equipped with everything you need. Everything was very, very clean. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and felt safe to us even at night. We used only public transportation, and it was sufficient. There’s a subway station a 10-minute walk away and a tram stop 2 minutes away. There’s also a very nice café (Madame) 1 minute away and a Lidl 2 minutes away. Negative: !!We didn't have any problems; there were just a few things we didn't expect, but they didn't affect our stay—everything was great!! The property is managed by LocalHost. We found the process of paying the deposit via a link provided by the host through "Swikly" quite strange, but Booking confirmed that everything was in order, so it was fine. Another odd thing is the hot water boiler; maybe it’s common in Greece, but you have to press a button on the electrical panel for the boiler to work. Still, it was fine—for example, the water heated before bedtime was still warm in the morning, so we didn’t have to wait ~30 minutes for it to heat up. One downside: We were there at the end of March, when it was still pretty cold at night, and we relied exclusively on the air conditioning for heating, which helped us maintain an indoor temperature of around 20°C.

Overall, a very excellent accomodation: facilities, affordability, comfortability and safety. Positive: The accommodation was extremely clean and had excellent new facilities. We enjoy preparing meals, and having a well-stocked kitchen with some simple ingredients present was a bonus for us. Simple instructions from the host and replied to our queries instantly. Negative: The central heating was not consistent, and the flats temperature varied before we realised that we could double the aircon as minimal heating. It was not clear that we needed to access the main power board switch to heat our shower water up. In the toilet, as we tend to ventilate after showering, there was a mild strange smoke smell entering from the small window from outside- unsure if from the neighbours?
