Beautiful apartment, communication to be improved Positive: The design of the apartment, the bathtub, the location Negative: The communication with the owners - they were not replying for a long time, and when they would reply it's as if they didn't read what I was saying and asking for. We agreed on an early check in, but we couldn't access the code because it was set to be accessibile later in the day. I asked for a late check out and they didn't tell me until the last moment if it was possibile or not. The apartment is not as spotless as it seems (given the deposit requested). There are many signs on the walls and some minor issues. There was no pillow for the swinging armchair and they weren't able to sort this out. The check is process is not very straightforward - first you need to secure the deposit via a third party, then they send you a separate link to check-in again by providing your info, then the instructions become available through a link they share but only closer to the check in time.

A lovely appartment Positive: The appartment was big, lovely decorated, with a big terrace, nice neighbour, a good restaurant for the breakfast 2 min away (Jasmine garden). It has everything you need. Negative: Maybe better mattresses.
