Averna – Breezy 2-BR Apartment & Balcony in Larnaca

Positive: Location is very good, not so far from Kastella beach, 7 min by walk, suoprmarket near.

Positive: I liked the fact that was big, the kitchen was well equipped, the terrace, it has a parking spot, it is close to the beach, it has a washing machine Negative: The area where it is located, there were some insects that we have constantly found in the apartment, we stayed more nights and had to buy garbage bags and toilet paper as it was not enough provided, at some point there was someone in the apparent maybe to check if everything was fine, but did not announce and din not refill the supplies. Easily check on was not possible and we stayed a whole day with the luggage and baby in the sun until 16:00, I required some info in advance and did not get it completely

Not ideal if you’re a couple. 1 set of keys is dissapointing Positive: The location Negative: We visited for 2 weeks. We were given 2 toilet rolls for the whole 2 weeks. Whenever you showered, there was a puddle of water which would not drain correctly. No spare sheets to change. Only 3 towels for 2 weeks. Only 1 set of keys which had to be kept in a slot for electricity, so if there are 2 of you and both want to leave the property to go somewhere then you need to make sure to meet up before.

Positive: Apartament bardzo przestronny, czysty i nowoczesny. Wygodne łóżka. Świetnie spędzony czas, na pewno jeszcze wrócimy.
