Positive: The location
Negative: Hello,
The deposit refund was significantly delayed and, after I reminded you, it was returned with an unexplained deduction. I was told this was a transfer fee, although a previous booking was refunded in full without any deduction.
Please review this matter, provide justification for the deduction, and refund the deducted amount in full.
Thank you.
