most of the time - hard work Positive: This aparment has the potential to be one of the best I've ever stayed in. If certain things were improved. The service from the local host is very good. Responses are incredibly quick. Always polite and always striving to achieve the best. The apartment is new and modern. The couch is very comfortable, the TV is huge the internet is now very fast and the chairs are comfortable. My personal highlight was the incredibly large windows that take up an entire side of the house, allowing a lot of light to come in and making the whole place look very luxurious. Overall you feel very comfortable in the apartment. (When the construction work was finished for the day.) I think it will take a while longer. The area is great. Great neighbors. Quiet and relaxed. A little outside the city, yes, but all the more relaxing for it. A bakery and 24-hour mini market are within walking distance. Negative: Construction work takes place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week. Sounds like a joke? But it's not. A new house is being built right next door. And it can be very, very loud at times! No chance of relaxing in the morning. That's why I left early. Of course the owner can not control it but I think it should be mentioned in the listing! The second negative is the bed. It's just too hard for me. Not so hard that you can't sleep, but hard enough to cause tension over time. Last point: when the chairs scrape across the floor kzkzkzk. That means when someone above you does that you hear it and loudly. It can be quite startling. Suggestion to the local host: it might be worth trying to put something underneath them

It was a wonderful stay, and just a few small things could have made it perfect. Positive: The apartment is stylishly decorated and very pleasant to stay in. Everything was clean and well-organized. The building is fairly new. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. There is plenty of storage space, and the kitchen includes electrical appliances and almost everything you need. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Overall, good value for the price. Negative: There was no shampoo or conditioner, which was really inconvenient considering we arrived in the middle of the night. Thankfully, we had Wolt. There was also no coffee provided, which in our opinion should be a basic amenity. The hosts were polite but couldn’t answer a simple question like where to find recycling bins in the area. The towel hooks in the shower were broken and just placed there as if nothing was wrong, which made them fall constantly – very frustrating. There was no sugar in the apartment, only salt, which felt like another small but unnecessary oversight.

Negative: overall everything is not bad, but I really didn't like the moment with the deposit, I paid the deposit, no one warned me about how many days it would take to return back, they fed me breakfast for a long time, in the end with constant messages about their address from my side for a week or more, in the end they returned the deposit to me if I hadn't written, I don't know how many more days they would have returned it!!!

Apartament w nowym budynku, prawidłowo urządzony Positive: Apartament w nowym budynku, prawidłowo urządzony. Bardzo dużo szaf i miejsc do przechowywania. Duże łóżko z twardym materacem. Dostępne podstawowe elementy wyposażenia w kuchni. Ekspres do kawy przelewowy. Duża sofa i TV w części wypoczynkowej. Miejsca parkingowe w parterze budynku (wąskie, ale za to w cieniu). W kilka minut łatwo dojechać do centrum miasta, na plażę. Na pobliskiej ulicy sklep i restauracja/kawiarnie. Widok typowo miejski na inne budynki. Negative: Nie do końca posprzątany apartament. Zapchany odpływ pod prysznicem, pierwszego dnia trzeba było go zdejmować i czyścić po poprzednich lokatorach. Spadające (zużyte) uchwyty na papier i ręczniki w łazience. Taras fajny ale pusty, bez żadnego krzesła, fotela czy stolika, co czyni go bezużytecznym, zaś w opisie było wskazane, że jest wyposażony. Brak herbaty i kawy - chociaż kilku sztuk.
