Spacious Apartment but Needs Major Improvements Positive: The apartment is very spacious, which is a big plus Good location and close to many services Self check-in with a passcode was convenient Negative: The pillows were uncomfortable There was no cleaning service during our 10+ day stay, and when we asked for cleaning, they said it would be for an extra charge The parking situation was very bad, narrow, limited spaces, and not always available The area around the apartment felt a bit crowded and not very quiet Loud generator noise from nearby buildings made it hard to relax The washing machine was not working during our stay A bad smell came from the bathrooms, and the place clearly needs maintenance

Negative: Only the water tasted a little bit salty but I do understand it's supplied by Beirut city so the apartment has no control over it. Thanks

Positive: الموقع قريب ممتاز جدا كل شيء تحتاج اليه يمكنك ان تجده بالقرب منك من مطاعم وأسواق ومعالم سياحية . الشقة اوسعة ونظيفة وتحتوي على كل وسائل الراحة شكرا لكم سوف نعود دوما

المكان عبارة عن شقة سكنية في عمارة سكنية ، مرممة حديثاً تحتوي 3 غرف نوم وصالة وملحقات مساحة الشقة كبيرة جداً تقدر ب 200م Positive: قريب من الاسواق والمطاعم كذلك قربه من الطريق المؤدي الروشة (طريق البحر) … اضف الى ذلك ان المكان هادئ ولا يوجد زخم سير في الفرع . Negative: الماء مالح جداً . لاتوجد منظومة او محطة تحلية في العمارة كما في الفنادق.
