Appartamento Citrus con 3 camere da letto a Larnaca

Niestety bardzo się zawiedliśmy i na pewno już nigdy nie wrócimy w to miejsce. Positive: Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Czyste ręczniki. W apartamencie było w miarę czysto. Negative: Wejście do budynku robi bardzo złe wrażenie. W apartamencie było bardzo zimno — ogrzewanie praktycznie nie działało, ciepło było tylko w jednym pokoju z klimatyzacją. Zimne podłogi. Łazienka z grzybem na suficie i bez wentylacji. Problemy z wodą — pierwszego dnia było w porządku, później bardzo słabe ciśnienie. Zdjęcia w Internecie nie oddają aktualnego stanu apartamentu. Kontakt z gospodarzem początkowo w porządku, ale problem z zimnem powtarza się u wielu gości. Apartament ma potencjał, jednak wymaga remontu i naprawy ogrzewania.

Positive: Nice size and walkable distance to the beach frint Negative: Issue with shower not working and took 3 days to get it fixed meaning we had to go elsewhere to shower, one key between 4 people isn't the best and outside lighting at apartment door didnt work so very dark at night trying to open the door.

דירה טובה וחדשה בבנין ישן, מיקום דק' נסיעה מהחוף, אזור קצת ישן, Positive: הדירה היתה גדולה, המיטות היו רחבות וגדולות, המיקום היה דק' נסיעה בודדות מהחוף, ריהוט נורמלי ומאובזר, דירה נקיה יחסית, היו מגבות ומצעים נקיים, סלון גדול וספה נוחה, אפי' שהבנין חישן הדירה מרוהטת בצורה יחסית מודרנית, היה בקבוקי מים קטנים במקרר, היה יחסית זמין בוואצפ, יש חניה בשפע בכניסה לבנין, המיקום שהוא שולח לא הכי מדויק צריך לפנות ימינה ואז מגיעים, Negative: הזרם במקלחת היה נוראי היה חלש מאד, (רצה לבוא לתקן אבל לא רצינו שמישהו יבוא שאנחנו לא בדירה, וזה היה נראה שהתקלה ישנה ולא מעכשיו ולא היה נראה שזה קרה רק עכשיו, מרפסת מלאה אבק, המעלית בבנין חד פעמית =עובדת פעם אחת ואז מפסיקה לעבוד לכמה דקות, יש צרור מפתחות שמחובר אליו המפתח של הבנין והמפתח של הדירה וגם מפעיל את החשמל ואם מישהו רוצה לצאת מהדירה ויצטרך את מפתח הכניסה לבנין שנעול כל הזמן הוא יקח את המפתח שמחובר אליו מפעיל החשמל ואז בדירה לא יהיה חשמל, ביקשנו שמיכה נוספת כי לא היינו מעונינים בשמיכה זוגית וביקש תשלום של 20 יורו,

Excellent , cozy place for a competitive price, with a great location Positive: The location is great. The apartment is cozy and spacious, quite close to the beach, St Lazarus, and downtown Larnaca. The apartment is quite large, with 3 bedrooms, a large living room, and a big balcony for sunny days. A coffee shop,"Coffee House", is located 20m from the apartment block, where I enjoyed having my breakfast a few times. There is a mini market at about 100m where you can buy groceries, fruits, and drinks. The area is quiet and safe, and the personnel is friendly and helpful. I will come back sure to this place, and recommend it to anyone planning to spend a few days at Larnaca Negative: What I liked the most were the price, the design of the apartment, the size, the specific atmosphere inside of the apartment, and the neighborhood.
