Positive: Perfect location, clean and cozy apartment Negative: I didn’t like the staff and the check in process. The staff solicited my private number to contact me through WhatsApp, which I don’t have. I asked them to send me the info to my email. I did pay the deposit and met all the requirements, yet i received no check in info. As a result i had to call to booking.com for help multiple times. It was super stressful.

Frustrated and uncomfortable with no hot water a basic necessity that should have been checked befor Positive: The place was warm clean.Bed was comfortable and warm. Negative: FIVE DAYS of NO HOT WATER Due to shower settings deliberately on cold.This should have been checked before my arrival.No hot water in bathroom or kitchen sink AT ALL due to NO HOT WATER tank in the apartment.. Arrival instructions did NOT arrive BEFORE I arrived but several hours after they MUST BE Sent the day before.I was left struggling anx angry to get in the door .The bathroom was infested with small black flies that by last day had spread into apartment.

Hygiene Positive: Gutes WLAN. Ausreichend Platz für eine Person. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sauber. Negative: Küchenausstattung sehr übersichtlich, Badezimmer ziemlich ungepflegt. Überall sind hunderte kleine Fliegen. Fehlende Reinigungsutensilien wie Lappen, Tücher und genügend Abfallbeutel.

Positive: The location was perfect! Close to the main city and thre beach .The apartment was clean and fulfilled my needs. The "local host" answer all my request on time kindly I will come back for sure Negative: There wasn't enough lights in the room The shower phone needed to be replaced with a new and better one It will be nice to storage the suitcase before the check in and after the check out untill the flight or transport arrival.
