Appartamento Girasole con 1 Camera da Letto a Larnaca

A kisebb hiányosságok ellenére szuper Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom. Positive: Nagyon igényes, gépesített az apartman. Negative: A konyha felszereltségével kapcsolatban még elkelne pár hasznos dolog, pl. vágódeszka, több kiskanál stb. Hasznos lenne még egy leírás a konyhagépek és a melegvíz használatával kapcsolatban.

Our stay is wonderful, apartment is comfortable and location of the property is perfect. Positive: The apartment 203 is nice, comfortable (except for the pillows they are very worn out) Location is perfect each apartment has its own parking same number as the apartment. Negative: The foul smell that’s coming out from the shower floor drain specially after a long night. It must be addressed by the building administrator as it may be a plumbing issue in the building.

Nice but demanding some care. Positive: Nice, well equipedd, cofortable . Big, nice, furnished and roofed terrace. Parking place under the building. There is a supermarket in the vicinity. Negative: Unbearable stink from the shower drain. It could be smelled in the whole apartment - especially on entering it. Fiiling the drain with water didn't help. In general the apartment could be cleaner.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr schlechter Service Positive: Gemütlich eingerichtet; Grundausstattung an Kaffee, Filtern, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel vorhanden; zwei Flaschen Wasser zur Begrüßung; toller großer und überdachter Balkon; ruhige Lage etwas ab vom Trubel; gute Schallisolierung; gute Betten; automatisches Licht und gesicherte Eingangstür ins Gebäude; zum Apartment gehörender Parkplatz; rundum eine sehr feine Unterkunft; aber: siehe unten Negative: Katastrophaler, weil nicht vorhandener Service. Uns wurde nach der Vorabbezahlung weder ein link für die Kaution geschickt noch der übliche Hinweis zum Einchecken. Es brauchte drei (!) Anfragen hier über Booking, bis wir auf einer Zwischenlandung auf dem Weg nach Larnaca ziemlich unvermittelt und ohne Entschuldigung für die viel zu späte Meldung aufgefordert wurden, die Kaution zu zahlen. Zum Glück wurden die Daten parallel mitgeschickt, die wir für den Zugang zum Apartment brauchten. Im Apartment selber fehlten uns dann ein Handtuch und die schon bei unserem Aufenthalt im Oktober (siehe Bewertung Hanna) vermissten Nachttischlampen. Auch auf diese Anfrage gab es keine Reaktion, ebenso nicht, als wir die Uhrzeit der Abreise mitgeteilt haben. Erst auf eine erneute Nachricht von uns von zu Hause aus gab es eine leider sehr schwache Reaktion. Bedauerlich.
