1-BR Apartmnet 101 in Nicosia by Local Host living

a good choice for traveling to Nicosia Positive: good location, clean, modern and cozy interior, easy check-in

Positive: My stay was very satisfying. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and most importantly, the building manager was attentive to every detail to ensure I had an excellent experience. She provided all the necessary facilities for my comfort. The building also has a small gym and a hall suitable for those who wish to work remotely or study. Negative: Part of my deposit was deducted as a charge for increased electricity usage. I hadn't noticed a clause in the contract regarding increased electricity consumption, and that there was a separate rate for stays exceeding 25 days. Since the weather was very hot during the mounts of August , it was natural for me to run the air conditioning wail I was in the apartment.

Home away from home Positive: Location and the welcome from mim

Positive: Clean, comfortable, nice location. Negative: The mattress is not so comfortable, it's a little be hard.

Maintenance and cleaning manager, generous, charming and imaginative, well done
