Positive: All was ok
Negative: Checking in @ 4pm is way too late ....the entire day is almost over....2pm would be much better.

Negative: Ich war in sehr viele Hotels und Unterkünfte in Libanon gewesen, Aber dieses Unterkunft war das beste vom allen
