Customer support ruined the overall stay! Positive: The place itself was very good, no complaints apart from the fact that the apt was at the 2nd floor and the lift wasnt working! Negative: The communication was terrible. Booking experience and customer support was simply dreadful. Ive booked thousands properties and hotels worldwide, i have never experienced such problems like i did here, hence the low rating! The beds could have been better, other than that the place was as shown in the pics.
