Horizon Loft - By Casa Batroun

Very average stay in prime location Positive: Location is perfect as it's tucked away from the chaos but still in the heart of the hub. Negative: The process of attending without someone to meet us there felt a bit odd. Multiple couples who were trying to access their rooms had issues in not receiving instructions and were left waiting outside trying to resolve it so we assisted as best we could but was just inconvenient. Luckily for us we had no issues accessing our room. Cleanliness was very average and towels were not in the best shape.

Overall the stay was pleasant Positive: The place is cozy, nice interior and amazing location Negative: The staff wasn’t very helpful There was an electricity issue No parking very close to the place if you carry big luggage

Very good stay Positive: The location is perfect, right in the souk. the loft is also very nice and the bed is comfy Negative: Just that it would have been nice to have proper shower gel rather than hand soap in the shower room
