Positive: Comodidad

Positive: Pekné milé čisté ubytovanie trošku ďalej od centra peši ale bolo to v rámci možností dobre. Negative: Celkový dojem z tohto ubytovanie bolo to že sme platili vrátnú zálohu ktorá odišla z účtu a popravde do dnešného dňa nebola vrátená pričom po komunikácii s majiteľom mám bolo povedané že oni na danej adrese nebývajú že túto nehnuteľnosť spravujú z iného štátu čo bolo Libanon. A že oni sú presvedčení že Záloha ktorú sme im poslali bola vrátená. Pričom samozrejme každý vie že je možné skontrolovať pohyby na účte a stopercentne viem že peniaze späť 200 € podotýkam vrátené neboli

A lot of hussel after I checked out. Positive: It was nice stay while I was there. Negative: After I checked out they say I blocked there toilet and they charged extra 50 euros, but I am 100% sure that I didn't block their toilet as I used it normally and it was good as when I leave. They couldn't provide any proof that I blocked their toilet either.

Positive: Amazing place i feel at home

Disappointing Negative: Unfortunately, our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. The owner refused to send the check-in instructions until exactly 4 PM, and when we arrived, the apartment was still being cleaned — we had to wait on the street until 5 PM while the cleaner finished. On top of that, we had no Wi-Fi or hot water for an entire day. I was also charged a €200 security deposit, which they claimed would not be debited from my card — but it was, and despite their claims that it was refunded, I never received it back. The customer service was very poor throughout. Instead of enjoying our trip, we spent most of our time trying to sort things out with the owner. This stay turned what should have been a relaxing vacation into a stressful experience. I would not recommend this place.
