Positive: It is a modern, clean and spacious apartment with great facilities, was perfect for the 4 of us. It is located in a calm street not far from the sea and the center. We spent all evenings in the big terrace, my favourite spot :) Negative: Only thing to mention is that there was no hot water during most of our stay.
