Positive: Sunny balcony, appartment itself was modern, clean and ok. Location is great, close to everything but still quiet. Negative: the stairs are very dirty with bird shit everywhere and no lights. The lock was very hard to open/close, took us minutes sometimes, we reported it immediately they told us it will be repaired only after our stay (4 days). The way of working: The host asks you right after your booking to communicate outside booking, even to pay a deposit via a strange link (also booking adviced us not to use it) and after some contact they could only offer us to come first (so with all our lugguage to another place, somewehere in a flat on the 4th floor) to pay the deposit cash. The last night they want to inspect the appartment and came 45 minutes late without notice. You have to use their platform to agree and sign things, otherwise you cant go in. And to use whatsapp instead of booking chat. After our stay we still received unnecessary messages. All together this way of working felt very uncomfortable so we will never book again with Local host company. So be aware of this if you select this appartment.

Positive: Paikan sijainti täydellinen. Kauniisti sisustettu. Negative: Kylpyhuoneen shampooteline rikki/roikkui vinksallaan, samoin käsipesualtaan alla oleva laatikko kokonaan irti, ei voinut käyttää. Keittiön hana todella jäykkä ja vaikea käyttää. Safetybox rikki, käyttökelvoton. Huoneiston ovi ei toiminut, aivan vinossa, vaikea avata ja sulkea! Luvattiin korjata, mutta ei korjattu. Jääkaapin ovesta puuttui hyllyt ja pakastelokeron luukku puuttui, joten lokero täynnä jäätä. Hissi oli rikki 3 kertaa ja yhden kerran jopa 2 vuorokautta. En voinut käydä ulkona näinä päivinä kuin kerran, koska polveni ovat huonossa kunnossa! Matto oli likainen. Tarvittaessa meiltä löytyy kuvat näistä vioista, voimme lähettää ne whatsapp viestinä, jos haluatte. Näiden puutosten vuoksi asunto ei ollut hintansa arvoinen ( hinnanalennus?). Ps. Positive: Très bon emplacement, à 2 pas de la grande plage de Finikoudes, avec accès à tous les restaurants et cafés du bord de mer. Aussi a proximité des bus intercités pour rejoindre les autres grandes villes de Chypre, et des stations de vélos partagés pour découvrir la côté de Larnaca d'un bout à l'autre. Nuit plutôt calme malgré la proximité avec la vie nocturne. Negative: L'appartement en lui-même est correct, le seul bémol serait l'immeuble en lui-même, qui pourrait présenter un peu mieux. Aussi, 1 seule clé disponible, attachée à la carte qui permet d'activer l'électricité, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour un couple par exemple, devoir éteindre les lumières pour pouvoir ouvrir ou fermer la porte.
