Bayas 1-BR Apt en Larnaca

Negative: The apartment was falling apart, the lamp didn’t work, the shower door was broken and they promised to fix it but that didn’t happen. There was no hot water and we couldn’t even shower because the water was ice cold. The pillows were sooo dirty me and my friend had an infection. And you could easily tell that the apartment wasn’t cleaned at all. Overall the apartment wasn’t even the 100 € worth but we thought it’s okay we just wanted to enjoy our vacation. We notified them and told them about the issues and they just sent someone to change the lamp and that’s it. We left the apartment in perfect condition we even cleaned it and checked that everything is where it belonged, one day later my bank notified me that 125€ from the 200€ deposit where taken. I talked to the host and they said it’s because of a lamp that they found broken after we left. First of all the lamp wasn’t 125€ worth, second of all it was wasn’t at the same place we left it at. They broke the lamp and blamed us for it. I talked to the host and they told me that they are going to refund me the 125€ but they are still trying to take even more money from my bank account. I don’t know what kind of scam that is but I would never ever stay there. Stay away from that scam. Here is a picture of the broken shower door when we arrived. And the other picture is of the lamp that is 200€ worth that they are trying to accuse us for breaking.

Positive: Отличное расположение,остановка прям под боком где кафе “Boppa” Море через дорогу пляж называется Финикудес лежаки стоят 7€ за двоих с зонтом на целый день Так же возле апартаментов миллион разных кафешек Negative: Один ключ на двоих,два больших и два маленьких полотенца на все время пребывания.Но + их можно стирать в стиральной машине Маловато посуды на кухне и кое что можно было б обновить,но чистота апартаментов все покрывает

Positive: מיקום מדהים בית קפה מתחת לדירה שווארמה מתחת לדירה מרחק הליכה של 3 דקות מטיילת החוף הדירה מאובזרת בצורה מעולה למרות שהמטבח קטן הסלון נחמד ובעיקר הקפה במרפסת בעל הדירה הייה נחמד מאוד ונתן לנו להכניס את המזוודות משעה 12:00 שהגענו (לפני הזמן) תחנת האוטובוס מתחת לדירה גם בהגעה וחוצים כביש בעזיבה (חבל אל תיקחו מונית כרטיס אוטובוס עולה 1.5€ - מונית מהשדה עולה 40€) Negative: המיטה לא נוחה... מרגיש עקומה המקלחת המים עולים , קצת מוזר מעבר לזה שווה את התמורה
