Positive: The apartment itself is nice, perfect for a family of four. It has all the necessary appliances, and they all work. The beaches aren't close, but the closest one is a 20-25-minute walk away. You can also take a bus; the stop is nearby. A Sklavenitis supermarket and some good cafes are also nearby. Overall, I'd recommend this apartment for the price. Negative: The shower hose needs replacing.

excellent value for money Positive: this is a flat. with all the facilities you need - washing machine, free internet, air condition in each room, fully equipped kitchen. the location is very close to few super markets. 20min walk from the sea main tourist location taxi to the airport - 25euro (very early in the morning); 11 euros to Larnca mall Joe, the focal point, very responsive. after few feedbacks to him - the flat is great to stay in. Negative: the only minor downside is the showers maintenance.
