Excellent Location, Average Stay Positive: The location is definitely the biggest highlight of this property. It's right in the heart of Mar Mikhael, with restaurants, cafés, and everything you need just steps away. I also appreciated that the building itself was cool and air-conditioned when you entered, which was a nice touch, especially during the summer. I also want to give a special mention to the gentleman working the night shift. I accidentally dropped some money, he spotted it on the security cameras, and returned every bit of it to me. That level of honesty was genuinely appreciated and says a lot about the staff. Negative: The room could definitely benefit from some improvements. Housekeeping was not provided at all during my stay, which was disappointing. On arrival, the room felt more like it had received a quick tidy-up rather than a thorough clean. The furniture and bathroom are quite dated and could use some renovation. Small touches such as a mini fridge, complimentary bottled water, basic toiletries, better pillows, and a little more bathroom counter space would make a significant difference to the overall experience. The location is excellent, but the rooms have a lot of potential if they're updated.
