Elio - Peaceful Studio in Athens

Positive: Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Ότι χρειαζόμαστε ήταν κοντά μας. Negative: Δεν μου άρεσε που η πόρτα της πολυκατοικίας δεν κλειδωνε κ έτσι μπορούσε ο καθένας να την ανοίξει κ να μπει. Ήταν μονίμως ανοιχτή! Στο κατάλυμα έλειπαν αρκετά βασικά πράγματα. Στο μπάνιο βρήκαμε ζωύφια κ το πάτωμα δεν ήταν καθαρό! Δεν υπάρχει ηχομόνωση. Έξω από τα παράθυρα, στα περβαζια ήταν γεμάτο κουτσουλιές από τα περιστέρια. Θεωρώ ότι είναι υπερτιμημένο για να ζητάνε κ εγγύηση για τυχόν ζημιες οταν ηδη μεσα στο καταλυμα υπαρχουν ζημιες από προηγούμενους πελάτες. Στους κανονισμούς του καταλύματος θα πρέπει να αναφέρετε η εγγύηση πρώτη πρώτη κ όχι τελευταία.

Excellent property, but terrible experience with the management company Positive: The property itself was wonderful and the local host was the one who truly saved the day with their kindness and immediate support. The house was sparkling clean and very spacious, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and highly functional. Also, the internet was excellent and very fast. The location, as it is situated very close to a main road, making bus trips to either the center of Athens or Piraeus quick and easy. Negative: The property itself was excellent and the local host was very good. Unfortunately, however, the management company in charge of the property put us through a nightmarish experience and caused us an incredible amount of stress. After booking, they requested a €150 security deposit, which would be refunded at some point later. Even though I had already sent them the payment confirmation, they asked for the exact same payment at least 3 times—they were even asking if I had paid while I was literally waiting outside to enter the property. To make matters worse, they kept demanding a selfie for verification, as well as a photo of my ID. Their communication was almost non-existent; they responded extremely slowly, if at all. I had submitted a request to adjust my check-in time and never received a reply, forcing me to wait around aimlessly in cafes and restaurants until 4 PM. Furthermore, they completely ignored my request for an invoice. I understand that every company has its own policies, but they need to realize that this level of poor organization causes unnecessary hassle and ruins the guest experience. I would not choose to stay here again solely due to the management company.

Positive: Το καταλυμα ειναι οπως ακριβως στις φωτογραφιες. Εχει τα παντα απο παροχες, ευκολη πρόσβαση, πολυ γρηγορη ανταποκριση της εταιρειας διαχειρισης σε καθε αιτημα. Negative: Το ιντερνετ μπορει να είναι ασταθές κατα διαστήματα, αλλα ειναι προθυμοι να βοηθησουν στο να επιλυθει οποιοδηποτε θεμα κ αν προκυψει. Τα διαμερισματα με αρκετα παραθυρα έχουν πιο έντονο το θέμα της φασαρίας απο το δρόμο

Απαράδεκτη Negative: Απογοητευτικό η booking να έχει τέτοιους συνεργάτες!Απαραδεκτο!!!!Οσο για την κυρία της επικοινωνίας ενημερώνω στο στυλ που μου απάντησε ότι: I don’t know what are you doing in the capital but in my village the host is 1000 times better than your behaviour!

Positive: Comfort and well equipped accommodation. Really helpful host available 24/7. Negative: wi-fi not always work
