GOOD LOCATION BUT BE AWARE THAT PICTURES ARE ENHANCE WITH IA AND DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH REALITY Positive: The location and easy access directly throw the street and the value for the price. Negative: The pictures did not correspond with the reality. Specially the entrance and the garden were enhance with Artificial intelligence and it is disappointing to see one thing in the pictures and realize that is not the reality. It this a bottom unit a few steps below the street level and there is humidity with mold in the bathroom
