Great value for money Positive: The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great and very central. Mim, from the staff, is just wonderful. She was super welcoming and very helpful during my stay! :) Would stay here again.

Perfect! Would happily come back again Positive: The property had everything you could need for a short stay! The kitchen included all the necessities, and they even had a washer/dryer if you needed to do an emergency wash. Also, a big shout out to Mim and her husband, who were our first point of contact during our stay. They were always on hand to help with any issues and gave us great recommendations for things to do in Nicosia, along with useful travel information. They couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried! We really appreciated it. Negative: The only complain was if there could have been more pots within the kitchen and the towel rail in the bathroom was a little dusty.

It was excellent and helped us have a great time in cyprus Positive: The location was excellent, the apartment was clean and spacious. Negative: We didnt realise it only had a hot plate and not an oven, but not a big deal. We were also worried at the start there were only 2 parking spaces but one was always available.

I’ve also appreciated how quiet the community is—it’s easy to relax, work, or sleep without disturbances. The location is another major highlight, offering convenient access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation while still maintaining a comfortable, neighborhood feel. Overall, this apartment has exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free place to live.
