Good location and comfortable Positive: The location is very good for walking around, there are multiple shops and restaurants nearby. Negative: Parking is almost impossible, do not come here by car or you will be sorry. The unit is located on the basement, so the outdoor patio only gets nice on sunny days for a few hours.

Comfortable and cozy. Positive: The appartment seemed to have been recently renovated. Things seemd to be brand new. Very comfortable and clean at our arrival (my wife has asthma and is very sensitive to dust and she could breathe fine). Perfectly equipped: microwave, espresso coffee machine, iron, big tv, washing machine, amazing bathroom mirror with integrated lighting (perfect for makeup), hair dryer, spacious bathroom, powerful A/C (heating) plus trash bags and cleaning products, champu, etc. Big terrace, shame it was rainy and cold. The building is quiet. The area has restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets (there is one next door which was super useful), a park just in front and seemed like a safe neighbourhood. Negative: Not much ventilation, probably cuz it was a -1 floor. If you open the terrace door it gets too cold, so it is difficult to find the balance. One night the neighbours next door were chatting a bit too loud. Don't let these 2 things forget the positives!

Niestety obsługa mimo zapewnień nie odpisała na zapytania kierowane przed meldunkiem. A w apartamencie znalezlismy wiele pluskw zarowno na poscieli jak i na materacu oraz na recznikach. Jedyna pomoc jaka uzyskalismy (niestety dopiero nastepnego dnia) to ze zwroca nam pieniadze i musielismy szukac czegos innego. Co oczywiscie po znalezieniu robakow bylo dla nas oczywiste. Positive: We had a great stay at this clean and comfortable apartment. The interior design is stylish and thoughtfully done, making it feel welcoming and cozy. One of the highlights was the private garden, such a rare find in the middle of the city and great to have when it's hot. It added a peaceful atmosphere and was a great place to relax (Tip: a dinner table outside would be nice). Another nice touch was having Netflix available on the TV and the wash pod that was available so we were able to wash our clothes. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment, especially considering the reasonable price. Location: The apartment is in a great spot: it's close to several bus stops, shops, a Lidl supermarket, and some nice local restaurants. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the metro, which worked well for us. The area felt safe, with a friendly vibe; in the evening many people are still outside and a lot of children were still playing in the square in the front. Highly recommended! Negative: The only small hiccup we experienced was at the check-in when the wrong code was initially provided for the key box, so we spent quite some time trying to open it without success. However, once we called, we received immediate help and were given the correct code right away. The support was quick and friendly, which we really appreciated. Still, it's worth noting in case it happens to others.
