Would probably stay there again if I return to Batroun, however communication needs to be more clear. Positive: The property was exactly like the images. It’s very beautiful and spacious. Near the beach and town, however it was difficult for the food to be delivered and uber to pick up from the location coz it’s difficult to get to. The female staff I spoke to during check was very understanding and lovely. Negative: The communication was terrible with staff. There were too many steps to check in and check out and no proper understanding with staff. Too many numbers to contact to receieved assistance and they kept bouncing us around to different people. Staff weren’t as helpful unfortunately.

The location was quiet as it was 10 min away from the center. So for people looking for calm it is a good location. , Positive: 1 The simplicity in the decoration 2. the guidance to reach the location. Negative: 1 It wasnt kids friendly.. there was a glass bigger than the table in the living room. Also, it was broken from the corner which is so dangerous In addition to some tall tables that were not fixed… so when my kids were passing by, they were moving so I was worried all the time that the decorations fall on them! 2 the bathroom tub was dirty and needs renovation 3. There was a very bad smell at the stairs 4. We were contacted on whatsapp by local host to give us details including the location. As the booking was under another name (akl chic apartments), I didnt open the link as I thought it was a spam 5. It would have been gd to include an espresso machine and small towels to clean the dining table and the sink when washing dishes.
