Positive: Duże, przestronne mieszkanie zlokalizowane bardzo blisko najważniejszych i atrakcyjnych punktów Larnaki. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania – większość miejsc można spokojnie osiągnąć spacerem, co bardzo ułatwia pobyt. Negative: Niestety są też kwestie, które znacząco obniżyły komfort pobytu. Mieszkanie znajduje się w dość zaniedbanym budynku – korytarze były brudne i mało zadbane, co nie robi dobrego pierwszego wrażenia. Samo mieszkanie również wymaga odświeżenia. Ściany i rolety były brudne. Największym problemem była jednak łazienka – w kabinie prysznicowej widoczny był duży czarny grzyb w narożnikach, co wyglądało bardzo niehigienicznie i sprawiało, że korzystanie z prysznica było niekomfortowe. Dodatkowo okna są nieszczelne, przez co w mieszkaniu było chłodno i konieczne było dogrzewanie klimatyzacją. Mamy nadzieję, że właściciel zadba o te kwestie, bo lokalizacja i potencjał mieszkania są naprawdę dobre. Kaucja 250Euro przy tak zniszczonym mieszkaniu wygląda jak ponury żart.

High value, comfortable, convenient stay! Positive: Jana’s apartment was an incredible place to stay! We booked there for 4 nights and would definitely come back. The apartment was clean and had a fresh modern feel with a gorgeous wraparound porch. The location was excellent with a good parking lot right nearby. Entry was simple and the staff were readily available via WhatsApp for any questions - there was only hot water when we arrived and they took care of it right away when I reached out. Excellent value for money and very well priced, I highly recommend.

Great place, great location, marred a bit by its deposit policy. Positive: Great place, great location: much recommended. Negative: The requested security deposit stuff through some rather unknown app, that puts a hold on an amount on your credit card, does make your fear about a possible scam, which almost put me off in booking this, and probably has put off others. It worked out fine in the end, but I do not believe these anxieties are needed for this property where there is not really that much to damage... Some people will miss out on this nice place just because of that, I'm afraid.
