Vila Ciana de 3 Quartos em Protaras com Jacuzzi

Excellent stay put poor service/amenities. Positive: The house was excellent. Modern and spacious living room/kitchen area. Decent pool size, comfortable beds. Very clear directions on how to find the villa. Negative: Although the house was excellent there were a few things that were negative for us. 1. This is the first time through my years of renting through booking that I had to electronically sign a rental agreement with various rules. Some were reasonable and some others not so much. 2. A person came to check the pool without informing us or ringing the doorbell first to make sure whether we were fine with it. They came to the side of the house straight to the pool. 3. There were 2 cameras on the outside side of the house close to the pool, which is illegal to have but I do not know whether they were recording. 4. The fridge was not working correctly. We had to use the freezer most of the time to cool our drinks. 5. They informed us that there were beach towels available but we couldn't find any. 6. Communication was only feasible through messaging.

Nice and comfortable stay. Positive: Good location, villa is very spacious, nice and cheap jacuzzi. Negative: Could be a little cleaner, at first sight it is ok, but small details annoy.

Positive: Every thing Negative: Nothing

Negative: Need to clean the property (windows and especially the jacuzzi)

ΗΤΑΝ ΦΑΝΤΑΣΤΙΚΑ ΠΕΡΑΣΑΜΕ ΥΠΕΡΟΧΑ Positive: Η βίλα ήταν σε ωραίο τοποθεσία, ήταν ήσυχη περιοχή! Ήταν πεντακάθαρη, μεγάλη, καινούρια έπιπλα, είχε τζακούζι, ωραία και άνετα δωμάτια! Μεγάλος χώρος στην τραπεζαρία!ότι πρέπει για οικογένειας ή και παρέα με φίλους. Θα περάσετε όμορφα. Negative: Η επικοινωνία με τον υπεύθυνο ήταν πολύ δύσκολη. Δεν μας απαντούσε ΠΟΤΕ τα τηλέφωνα! Έπρεπε να μιλήσω μέσω μηνυμάτων από το Booking για να μου απαντήση και αυτό ήταν δύσκολο γιατί δεν βρήκαμε το κλειδί και μας άνοιξαν οι γείτονες! Οκει το πήραμε χαλαρά, γελάσαμε και περάσαμε τέλεια.
