Apartamento chique de Selany no coração de Atenas

Positive: The communication with the property managers was easy, fast and friendly. The location is great. Walkable distance to the main sight. There are a couple of mini-markets in the area. The neighborhood is quiet, full of orange trees! The apartment is very cozy and well-equipped. We found everything we needed: kitchen utensils, hair dryer, kettle, microwave, iron, etc. I personally loved having breakfasts and dinners at the balcony, watching people rush and open up the cafe downstairs while I sipped my tea. Negative: I didn't pay enough attention when I booked the property but they request a 200-euro deposit through a third-party website. Without it, you can't get the check-in details. I understand the need of it, just keep it in mind when booking. My personal experience was ok, the deposit was never charged. But also, I find it weird that if they requested a deposit, no one came to check the apartment when I checked in and checked out to make sure everything was fine.

A cozy home away from home in the heart of Athens! Positive: I loved my stay at Selany’s Apartment. From the moment I arrived, everything felt easy, warm, and welcoming! The location is excellent, close to the lively streets of Koukaki and a short walk from the Sygrou Fix metro station, which made exploring Athens effortless. It’s also within walking distance of the Acropolis, and being so close to Plaka and great museums was a huge plus. The neighborhood is full of life, with restaurants and bars nearby, and it was really convenient having a supermarket and pharmacy close as well. The area felt safe and calm at all times. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly cozy. It’s one of those places that immediately feels like a real home, not just a rental. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, well maintained, and exactly as described, with all the essentials you could need for a great stay. What I appreciated most was how smooth the whole experience was. Check in was seamless, the instructions were clear, and everything worked perfectly throughout my stay. It was the kind of place I genuinely looked forward to coming back to at the end of the day. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend Selany’s Apartment to anyone visiting Athens!

Great apartment in Koukaki Positive: Great location, within walking distance to most attractions. Some good local restaurants nearby and excellent bakery for koulouri across the road. The apartment is comfortable, a generous size with good facilities. Negative: Water leaks out from the shower onto the bathroom floor :(
