Sylka – Warm 1-BR Apt & Balcony in Athens

Excellent design and decor, brill location perfect for a short stay! Positive: Very well designed and decorated apartment in a good location for everything you need in Athens. The communication was detailed and helpful from the start, via WhatsApp - at first I was a little skeptical about the deposit system online, but once we got to the apartment you can see why it’s necessary. Getting in was smooth and the instructions very clear. They also answered questions we had during the stay very promptly. The apartment itself was high end and well stocked with every possible item needed for our short stay. I loved the kitchen which had cleaning products and sufficient utensils/kitchenware that we were grateful for and used. It was nice to clean up and not have to buy everything to do so. The bathroom was also nicely decorated and had a very good strong shower and enough toilet paper for our stay (so often in apartments you have to buy bulk goods and this was indeed welcomed). The bedroom and separate living room were comfortable and the dining room table was gratefully used. There was a balcony and clothes drier which we used after also using the washing machine! We even hovered up. Honestly everything was perfect. The property was in a good location 2 mins walk to the metro which we used everyday. There was a bakery and small convenience shop a few doors away too. Negative: Perfect thank you

Foarte placuta vacanta Positive: Pozitionare f buna, aproape de metrou, pe o stada linistita , apartament foarte curat, bucatarie dotata cu tot ce este nevoie. Negative: Balconul f mic cu vedere in curtea interioara a blocului . Mi-ar fi placut sa fie tv. in ambele dormitoare si sa avem telecomanda pt fiecare AC.

Very good value apartment Positive: Clean and well equipped apartment, very fast Wi-Fi,very good location for what I needed. Photos accurately represent the apartment. I would stay there again given the opportunity. Negative: Just a suggestion: adding a microwave would complete an otherwise very well equipped kitchen .

Positive: Beautiful apartment, we loved it ,looks exactly like in the pictures, it s 2 minutes away from the metro, we enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony (garden view). The hosts were great, we felt lucky for beeing one of the first guests. As for the location, the street is calm with multiple restaurants and other amenities very close. I would highly recommend.
