Absolutely disastrous "service" Positive: Location was decently close to where I had to be on a daily basis, otherwise a nondescript urban neighborhood. Negative: Please note that this company will make you pay a deposit of €150, even though this is not clear while booking. In advance, as is usual nowadays, I had received check-in instructions. These were wholly inadequate: - These inexplicably did not include the lockbox code, which I needed to get in. I had to ask for that separately after I was first gaslit that "it was in the instructions." - Apartment 10 was next to apartment 1. This was not clearly indicated so I spent lavish time walking through the building at night. - The internet didn't work, as the network name provided didn't exist. - After finally entering, I found the company two dead cockroaches. Upon contacting (yet again) the owner, they assured me that the apartment had been cleaned, despite the dead roaches. A promise was made to clean the apartment the next day and fix the internet. I came home to three dead cockroaches, no internet working, and no hot water. "A misunderstanding etc.…" Also "the dead cockroaches prove that our pest control worked." Lol. Finally the next day apartment was clean, internet working, still no hot water (I eventually found a switch on the electric panel marked "hot water," helpfully hidden behind the house rules). I never write reviews, but this was probably the worst experience I have had in years.
