Strict rules, unclear communication! Positive: Location. It was quiet. The host issued invoice on my request. Negative: 1. Too small - photos were masterfully made, my respect to the photographer, in reality much smaller 2. Bad smell in the outside dining place 3. Mandatory deposit - over my 10-years experience with Booking.com in Athens it was first time that a mandatory deposit was requested   3a. For the deposit I have to give up my card details to the third-party provider (Swikly - have you heard of them?). Why should I give my card details to the unknown third-party? I am worried about my card integrity now, to be honest. 4. Punishing fine in case of electricity over-consumption 5. Punishing fine in case you separate your keys apart from the electricity card (it was waived in my case - because it was the host's team who separated them) 6. Mandatory requirement to check EVERYTHING in two-hours window after the check-in, otherwise **caveat emptor** - you will be charged for the things that was broken but you did not report (luckily it was waived in my case of the bad smell - but honestly I discovered the bad smell only the next day - so formally I was already in the wrongs! - a lot of stress) 7. Communication was opposite of easy - yes, the answers were almost immediate, but the communication was spread over 4 channels (Booking.com app, Local Host app, Local Host Whatsapp, personal Whatsapp of the host). And initially I DID NOT receive a link to the Local Host app and check-in was IMPOSSIBLE because of that until I reached them on Whatsapp by myself asking for the working link

Positive: Прекрасный вариант, для семьи с 2мя детьми. Очень удобный, и полностью укомплектованный апартамент, в хорошем месте, возле Лековитос, возможность парковки на улице, и несколько платных парковок рядом. Персанал терпеливо готов дистанционно помочь)). Negative: Довольно необычная система резервирования. После бронирования в Booking.com и списания полной предоплаты, нужна еще регистрация у них в приложении со списанием депозита. Будьте готовы…

PERFECT HOME IN THE PERFECT LOCATION! Positive: What a truly wonderful apartment!! Loved it all - excellent communication with the host, a lovely home, beautiful outdoor room plus a courtyard All brand spanking new - I think we were the very first ever guests to stay (had to take the wrapping off a few things!) And the location is superb (with a special shout out to Carpo, our world's favourite coffee shop)
