It's complicated
Positive: Modern and clean flat, no major problems.
Negative: Super complicated process. Booking on booking.com, damage deposit on a second site, check-in on a third one. Host is unable to provide any information like where to park (there's parking lot just in front).
A lot of small things are done minimal, cheap or not at all. There are no hangers in the closet. Not enough toilet paper even for a short stay. No dish soap, coffee, oil, salt, anything. Internet router just laying there on the floor waiting for you to break the glass fiber.
