Pretty apartment but very bad attitude
Positive: The apartment is small but beautiful and in a good location.
Negative: They charged me 150€ for a damaged TV despite I did not use or touch the TV a single time. The hot water was not working, but after I asked them they fixed it. The WiFi did disconnect all the time, I asked but they didn’t fix it. Bathroom water was leaking. When I extended my stay I had to change the apartment, I requested if I can change directly to avoid waiting 5 hours in the street, they said yes, but I have to write them two 5 star reviews in return. No cleaning or garbage collection for 2 weeks.
