Mastic - 3-BR Duplex Townhouse by Villagio Resort

Never again Positive: Location only Negative: I stayed at this resort in early September based on their promise that everything would be open until the end of the month. Unfortunately, that was completely untrue. When I arrived, every single facility and amenity was shut down. There was no food service, no restaurants open, and it turned out I was the only guest there. It felt like a ghost town. We tried to reach out to both booking.com and the resort management, but no one took responsibility or even tried to help. Overall, it was a huge letdown and an incredibly frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if they’re expecting any kind of service
