Very disappointing experience – not recommended. Positive: We liked the location it was close to the slopes Negative: Very disappointing experience – not recommended. Our stay at this chalet in Faraya was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The chalet was overpriced for what it offers, and the photos were misleading, they did not reflect the actual condition of the property. Communication was a major issue from the start. The chalet is managed by a company and communication was only via written WhatsApp. While on the way, we were suddenly given a different phone number to contact for directions. We were then referred to a janitor who told us he was not responsible for this chalet. We had contacted them in advance to turn on the heating before our arrival, especially since we were traveling with children. This was not done, and the chalet was freezing when we arrived. We ended up having to pay the janitor extra to assist us. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water throughout the entire stay, making it impossible to shower. We reported this immediately via WhatsApp. A worker was sent, but the issue was never fixed. Additional issues: - No plug for the microwave - The chalet was not clean - Very poor overall condition and lack of maintenance - Safety hazards for children (broken wooden stairs with screws coming out) - Broken door handle - Broken bottom cover of the refrigerator We sent a detailed message outlining all these problems and requested either a refund or a partial discount, but received no response. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant, poorly managed, and unsafe for families with children. I would not recommend this chalet to anyone.
