The Penthouse: 3BR Seaview-Private Pool in Larnaca

Very nice apartment, modern interior, very much open space

Spektakulär mit kleinen Abstrichen.... Positive: Das Appartment ist ein Hammer, enorm gross, 3 Schlafräume, Riesenküche, eine überdachte Terrasse und eben eine Dachterrasse mit Pool und mehr, sehr beeindruckend! Im Haus an der Strasse gibt es ein sehr nettes Cafe (Frühstück...). Negative: Die Lage... ist ca 2km ausserhalb vom Zentrum, direkt an einer vierspurigen Strasse, also es kann schon mal laut sein.... und er Blick ist schon originell, Seaview ja, aber halt auf den Hafen, aber das ist schon ok. Strandzugang gibt es dort keinen! Und dann die Probleme mit der Elektrik.... an 2 Tagen hatten wir einen Kurzschluss, das Team ist sehr bemüht zu helfen, am Ende weiss man wo im Haus welche Schalter zu bedienen sind, damit wieder alles rund läuft ;-)

Positive: הדירה נהדרת ממוקמת במרכז העיר ליד הנמל הדירה גדולה הבריכה סבבה לגמרי Negative: השרות גרוע עד שנכנסו לדירה עברנו 7 מדורי גיהינום בגלל פיקדון שלא נקלט אצלם במערכת הדירה מאובזרת במינימום אין שמפו מרכך מגבת אחת לכול דייר והגרוע מכול החלונות לא אטומים כול הלילה לא ישנו שמענו כול רכב ואופנוע שעבר בכביש היה לנו הפסקת חשמל מייד עם ההגעה ועד שהגיע מישהו לתקן לקח שעתיים אם יש אופציות אחרות ממליץ ללכת עליהן לא ממליץ להגיע לפני שיתוקנו כול הליקויים במקום

Very good Positive: The location is good, walking distance from the center. The house is big and the pool was amazing

It was the first time that we’ve visited Larnaka and the apartment has made our stay! Kids loved the pool, us loved the Positive: Clean, spacious, instagramable! Negative: With the huge kitchen that invites to cook, huge tables, an awesome barbecue stove on the rooftop there was no salt! We had to search for it among the neighbors, and found a teaspoon of salt on the 3rd try. Another thing that you could provide is a travel kit(shampoo, toothpaste, and a peace of soap). The gel that was in the soap dispensers felt like a cheap soap that doesn’t fit to your luxurious apartment. That would be a nice move of you to provide a travel kit and a better soap. Doesn’t cost much but means a lot to guests.
