Arion 1-Bedroom Apt in Larnaca

Perfect modern apartment close to everything Positive: The apartment is perfect! I booked it for my mom for the second time and we were very happy with it again. It hasn’t changed much since last year, it is still clean, modern and very well maintained and everything works perfectly. There have also been a few improvements since our previous stay. The internet connection is now much more stable and we didn’t experience any issues or disconnections at all. They have also removed the carpet from the living room, which I personally think is a great improvement as it no longer collects dust and sand that can be difficult to remove. The management company has also noticeably improved its level of service. They contact you before and after check-in and check-out to make sure everything is going well and they respond very quickly to any questions or requests. One detail that might be useful for future guests - our key also had a button for the garage gate, which allowed us to park in the covered parking area on the ground floor. This was very convenient. I would happily recommend this apartment and will definitely book it again for my friends and family Negative: The only minor downside is that the soundproofing could be better. Even though the building is relatively new, you can sometimes hear noise from neighbouring apartments. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it may be worth keeping in mind if you are particularly sensitive to noise

Positive: Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i i ładnie urządzone. Znajduje się w nowym budynku z parkingiem pod budynkiem. Mieszkanie posiada dobrze urządzoną kuchnię, duży taras i dwie toalety. Na plus jest także lokalizacja obiektu, znajduje się zaledwie 5 minut spacerem od Cerkwi św. Łazarza i głównego deptaku. Klucze pobraliśmy ze skrytki według przesłanej instrukcji.

Positive: Great location, cozy appartment, very comfortable and safe parking, very easy to check in and out and the staff always ready to help with anything! Really recommend this place for a stay in Larnaca!

We highly recommend this apartment Positive: The location was excellent, within a short walking distance of Saint Lazarus Church and the beach. Everything matched the description, and the Wi-Fi worked very well in the living room. We had a very pleasant stay, and communication with the host was quick, clear, and always available whenever we needed anything.
