Great Christmas time in Batroun 🎄❄️ Positive: Everything was perfect. The team is so welcoming and very supportive. One of the best things is the location, where you are at a central point, close to the old souk, within walking distance. Negative: Nothing.

A very cozy stay Positive: The room is perfect, clean and very comfy. Everything you need is available in it. Negative: The reason why I would not pick this place again, even though it's a perfect room, the entrance of the room: it's awkward. I wish there was another solution for the entrance.

Was good Positive: It was good Negative: Bathroom is too narrow

Exceptional Positive: Beautiful place, exceptional price. Washing machine included but to dry clothes on dryer and fan is only option. I love the architecture and the check in instructions were clear. Was nice to sit by the window and people watch. The neighbors are very respectful (restaurant). Had to stay few extra days and they assisted me with that. They were also quite responsive on Whatsapp. Overall, I found the place quite cute giving an authentic living experience. Negative: Washing detergent is not provided but that is ok. The shower is quite small but it's ok to get the job done. As a foreigner the electricity going off for a little bit can be concerning especially since there is no hotel staff on site but it's normal in Lebanon get used to it!

Positive: Nothing Negative: I mistakenly choosed wrong date, they deducted the amount and refused to let me check in the next day saying it's already booked. They didn't even return my money nor the deposit
