Bad experience Positive: I liked the room. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Negative: - The bed sheets are smaller than the bed - Thin walls. You can literally hear everything in the next rooms. - an extra pillow in the closet would make a big difference - no hooks in the bathroom or in the room to hang ur jacket or even ur wet towel. But more importantly my very bad experience sums up to the below: My neighbor was so loud he did not repect the rules. I used to wake up 4 and 5 am in the morning shouting and screaming. More than 3 people were in his room almost all the time. The guy was violent and agressive. We did not feel safe. He was continously shouting and talking in loud voices. He seemed drunk always or high on drugs. He was cursing like crazy from 10 pm till literally 6 am non stop. We couldnt know what and how the guy would react at some point during the night. I contacted local host but they were not responsive at all. They told me they will solve the issue asap and they didnt. I stayed for 5 nights and i couldnt sleep fully for any of the nights. The property manager and even the customer service never reached out to me I did not know why the rules did not apply to him. Do you vet who is staying at ur place ? What about general safety of all residents? Very very bad experience
