Livia Studio Apartment in Larnaca

Good apartment on the edge of the beach area Positive: Has most things required for a short stay. Well situated but not central to the beach. Hire car parking. Clean and tidy. Negative: No change of sheets, towels, cleaning mean I wouldn't stay more than 1 week. Extra charges for all these. Toilet blocks a bit, hot water needs boosting. Support services are well available but it's "oh yeah, that's extra charge" - in mid winter when there's in sufficient bedding that's a hassle but maybe in warmer times if you don't need clean sheets then it's good.

Positive: - lokalizacja blisko centrum - parking pod apartamentem - duży taras Negative: - w pochmurne dni dość zimna woda pod prysznicem - brak wyposażenia kuchni (sól, pieprz, cukier, herbata)

Positive: Curățenie impecabilă. Zina este foarte liniștită, iar dotările au fost mai mult decât suficiente. Vom mai reveni. Negative: Lipsa geam la baie, dar nu a fost o foarte mare problemă.

Positive: Alles gut, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung. Negative: In mehreren Nächten Lärm von Gästen in anderen Appartements im Haus, teilweise bis 2 Uhr nachts. Keine Ahnung, was sich manche Leute denken, wenn sie im Urlaub sind - zuhause würde man sich ja auch nicht so benehmen.

Positive: Perfectly located in walking distance to Finikoudes beach, to the church as well as to many restaurants. Washing machine and kitchen is a big plus. Negative: Thin walls in the building are the only drawback - neighbors were very loud, sometimes until 3 in the night. This happened every stay (in December as well as in March). I really wish that people would be more aware of the walls being thin and others wanting to sleep at night.
