Livia Studio Apartment in Larnaca

Positive: Perfectly located in walking distance to Finikoudes beach, to the church as well as to many restaurants. Washing machine and kitchen is a big plus. Negative: Thin walls in the building are the only drawback - neighbors were very loud, sometimes until 3 in the night. This happened every stay (in December as well as in March). I really wish that people would be more aware of the walls being thin and others wanting to sleep at night.

Perfectly located Positive: Perfectly located apartment, 2 minutes walk away from the beautiful, famous Lazarus church. In the vicinity you have a lot of good restaurants, and the beach is also only a few minutes walk. The apartment is well equipped, including a washing machine.

Positive: Building is new, apartments are very clean, nicely furnished. Very close to the bus stop to the airport, 3 min away from the bakery, cafes, restaurants, very close to the beach as well. There was no problem with warm water. Good wifi. Calm neighbourhood. I would definitely choose this place again. Negative: The only thing is that there is a limit on the electricity on the whole island apparently, so if you are not in your room, nothing will be connected to the electricity. So you can't leave for example washing machine working or your phone to charge. I think the fridge is working all the time.
