Harbor 301: Stylish 1-Bedroom Apartment in Larnaca

Positive: Comfortable and clean apartment with all the white goods and utensils required for a long stay. Very central location. Negative: Parking is located on a gravel patch so bringing luggage or shopping can be an effort but this should improve once the nearby construction is complete. There are many apartments from this one company and the view is not necessarily as pictured.

A fost un sejur plăcut. Dacă veți umbla mult, ca și noi, locația este OK. Positive: Apartamentul situat la etajul trei ,cu lift , este curat , luminos, funcțional din toate punctele de vedere, dotat minimalist, dar nouă ne-a fost suficient . Internetul a funcționat fără probleme. Parcarea este aproape, pe un teren viran ( deocamdată). Lidl la cca 10 min. de mers pe jos. Negative: Apartamentul nostru nu avea o perspectivă foarte frumoasă, fiind orientat cu geamurile spre alt bloc. Totuși se zărea o bucată de mare. Atenție: la închiriere se solicită un depozit de garanție pe card de credit de 200 euro , urmând a fi recuperat după 7 zile.

Negative: The flat could use a fresh coat of paint and better maintenance. The noise from the nearby construction site is very loud.

Positive: Sehr schönes,sauberes, gut eingerichtetes, neues Appartement. Schnelle Hilfe und Problemlösungen bei Schwierigkeiten
