If was just the location that was good with this place. And price was ok. Not cheap not expensive.

Negative: Very poor WiFi and very poor communication with hosts. Also TV and WiFi needs updating. pool needs better cleaning

Good location, new building.
Positive: The location is very good, close to the beach. New building.
Negative: They could do more for the travelers. Like filling up the hand soap dispensers, providing more than one trash bag, providing one, two dishwashing tablets for the washing machine and many more small amenities that could improve the experience of the guests.

Positive: Location, close to beach and good restaurants. Nice modern apartment. Huge balcony. Pool access.
Negative: Property could do with new towels and sheets. Shower needs mould removed.
