This property should be reported. Under no circumstance should they still be in business. Negative: Locked out of the property for 12.5 hours. Absolutely filthy, used tissues underneath the sofa seats, floors filthy. Advertised as non-smoking but reeked of cigarettes, door handles completely broken off, equipment not working, and to top it all off, the hosts thought it was hilarious that their paying guests were left to sleep in the car for 12.5 hours. We were so afraid that we even went to the police. Even after submitting video evidence (which was requested by the hosts) of us entering the check in code exactly as provided by the property hosts, and the video clearly showing on the device screen of a password error, still no compensation has been offered. We provided the property owners with evidence of how unclean it was, door locks completely broken off and all other complaints made against them they still refuse to compensate us. We requested for a cleaner but one was never sent. Awful experience, never again will we use this property, and I really do hope that nobody else falls victim. Two women alone, in an unknown, hot country, left to sleep in the car for 12.5 hours, completely unacceptable. I have evidence for those who wish to see it for themselves if you are still considering using this property. Money comes first to them before the health and safety of their guests.
