The space is nice, well priced and good location. The issue was really the AC, but they did respond. Negative: The AC in one of the bedrooms didn't work, and we asked for support, we followed the directions they gave promptly, but that didn't work. I contacted them again, and they sent the same instructions. So my father was without AC for the 4 night stay which was uncomfortable for him.
