Chloris 3- Bedroom Apartment W/Terrace in Larnaca

Positive: Large apartment with one bedroom+bathroom on first floor and two bedroom+bathroom on second floor. Nice balcony and near the center. Negative: Facilities maintenance

Perfect location, huge value for money and great property - would certainly recommend! Positive: Location was perfect for getting down to the front and around Larnaca. Facilities were great and very clean.

Positive: It's a beautiful, spacious aparment on the top floor of the building. Everything looks quite new, and is really well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are no big supermarkets around, but there are some small convenince stores and some restaurants (I strongly recommend Poseidon - it's not very pretty, but the food's devine). The apartment is really close to the sea, but if you want to go to the beach, it takes at least 15 minutes. One more thing - the airport bus stops very close to this place. You don't need to go to the centre. Negative: We had problems with finding it upon our arrival. The instructions weren't 100% clear. We also had a problem with getting warm water. After all we found out it that there is a button we should have pressed to heat the water, but again it wasn't very clear. One night it rained a lot and afterwards the terrace was completely flooded. I think they should clean the drains. Nevertheless, those were minor problems, we had a great stay and I totally recommend the place.
