Fiesta 1-Bedroom Apartment in Larnaca

Positive: Lage war perfekt. Negative: Das Apartment befindet sich in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe, und das Badezimmer ist verschmutzt und unhygienisch. Die Möbel sind teilweise beschädigt, zerrissen und kaputt. (Siehe Bilder) In der Wohnung war es sehr kalt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur etwa fünf Minuten und schaltet sich dann automatisch aus. Wir haben beim lokalen Gastgeber um Decken gebeten, diese jedoch leider nicht erhalten. In den ersten zwei Tagen gab es außerdem kein warmes Wasser. Direkt neben dem Apartment befindet sich eine Zahnarztpraxis, die ihre lauten Geräte auf dem Balkon lagert. Der Lärm von diesen Geräten ist extrem störend und sehr laut.

We stayed one week during the colder season, the heating works very well and in summertime this place must be a paradise - the beach is nearby, great city and sea views through the big windows and the balcony, a bright space. The bus stop to Ayia Napa is just down the building, you can see it from the balcony. Would repeat! Negative: First had some issues with the key box to enter and the shower, but got quick assistance via WhatsApp, so we felt taken care of, thank you for that. One time we spotted the presence of an unpleasant insect in the kitchen but it didn't repeat. Could be some blankets somewhere in the flat when chilling in the living room with the TV.

Positive: The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach and the promenade. The A apartment offers a direct sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Cleanliness was at a very good level and met our expectations. Negative: Parking can be difficult, as there are limited spaces at the property and the apartment is located in the city center. The bed was quite small (around 140 cm), which made it less comfortable.

Great location! Positive: Location! The view is great! This is a perfect place for solo traveler! Negative: The pipes are old, so you need to wait for 60 sec for warm water and get used to the shower. The flow is dissatisfying but you will used to it eventually. It is like that every where in the city.
