Sioufi - 2-BR Apartment With a Balcony

Negative: The apartment itself was acceptable, but unfortunately the post-checkout experience was disappointing. A damage charge was applied after my stay for a minor item, based only on “before and after” photos without any direct evidence that I was responsible. While I remained cooperative and respectful throughout the discussion, the situation was handled in a way that did not feel fair or reassuring as a guest. I would strongly recommend that future guests document the condition of the apartment carefully with photos/videos at both check-in and check-out to avoid possible misunderstandings. I hope the property management improves the way these situations are handled in the future.
