Positive: Everything was great accept sound insulation. Negative: Bad sound insulation.

Helle saubere Wohnung, ideal für paar Tage für Laptop-Arbeit und Strandbesuch. Positive: Check-in /out ohne persönliche Übergabe. Ich konnte mein Auto im Hoff parken. Tisch war für Computerarbeit groß genug, die Möbel neu und gut gepflegt. Sauber und hell. Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett - sehr praktisch. Negative: Der Eingang-Code nur kurz aufgeblendet, gut, dass ich ein Screenshot rechtszeitig gemacht habe. Kaffeemaschine und Internet gingen kaputt. Es ist relativ laut wegen der Straße. Die Küche etwas zu klein. Aber, das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.

Positive: Appartamento molto carino e spazioso - posizione super: a 2 Min a piedi dalla spiaggia / lungomare Negative: Entrambi i taxi (in arrivo e in partenza) hanno avuto problemi a trovare ingresso principale.. In arrivo: se il turista arriva.. viene "scaricato" al buio dopo le 18.00 sul retro dell'edificio nel parcheggio.. praticamente nel parcheggio e non all' ingresso.. davvero un problema per chi non sa come funziona la zona.. NO GOOD Inoltre.. l' appartamento NON È INSONORIZZATO: io ero al primo piano e di notte il camion della nettezza urbana sembrava prendesse le immondizie direttamente dalla mia cucina.. e poi c'è un problema di grondaie?: una notte di pioggia nella quale mi sono alzata 2 volte dal letto con la convinzione che l'acqua stesse entrando nell' appartamento 😬🤔
