Great choice for a good price
Positive: Fresh, clean, new apartment in a new apartment building. Has all the things like dishes, glasses, washing machine to live a normal apartment life. Good internet connection, could work and have video calls with no problem.
Less than 10 min walk to the beach, close to everything.
Negative: A desk or table would be nice to have inside the apartment. Tho easy to solve bringing the balcony table in.
