Very poor communication from landlord
Positive: It was spacious
Negative: I was not sign posted thatbI need to take out addition insurance befor being given the access code to the apartment. I wasted nearly 2 hours trying ti contact landlord to give us access the the fully paid apartment.
Also there was a funny smell under the kitchen sink. Leaking water.

Positive: Apartment was brand new and clean, with comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out. Communication with host was fast and easy.
Negative: Hair dryer and dish washing liquid would be nice.
