Positive: The room was very nice, modern, comfortable, in a great location. Negative: We had a few problems with the reservation's department. Once we booked, it said that we could pay at the room, with check in. After confirmation, they couldn't get a deposit from my credit card, so they asked us to pay with bank deposit or payment link for the deposit. On the day of arrival, they sent me a message, asking for balance payment, as the accommodation didn't have a reception, and we had to search for a way to transfer the balance payment. Once checked in, we saw the room, that in general was great. However, there were a few problems. First of all, we had 2 big towels and 1 small (face, hands, hair) for 2 people. When we asked if the towels are going to be changed, they told me only with extra charge. The second problem was that there were 2 toilet papers in the bathroom, and one of them it was obvious that it had been wet and then dried, with stains on it.

Too noisy. Could not sleep Positive: Nothing special to say. Negative: Very noisy, in a very busy street. Management is absolutely terrible to deal with. Do not stay here. They will charge you useless transaction fees to return your deposit.

Positive: Overall, everything was very good — the place was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. Negative: , I didn’t like the check-in time being at 4 PM and the check-out at 11 AM, as it feels a bit inconvenient. Also, it was quite difficult to find someone to talk to when I needed assistance
